The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Either one is required when completing the check-in process.

  • This property has a Ring camera monitoring the front of the property and an additional exterior Ring camera monitoring the backyard. Both cameras are visible, record video/audio, and will be ON during every reservation.

  • No more than 10 guests allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
  • No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host.
  • No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.
  • No use of the fireplace is allowed.
  • If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies. Pets must be disclosed at time of booking. This fee does not cover unexpected damage to the home.
  • Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind in the house/garage. This will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only. Please discard cigarette butts responsibly.
  • Quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Complaints from a neighbor may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
